C.Three body mahogany box with external brass handles, glazed upper section with hinged lid. Brass bowl and gimballed suspension, the bezel with domed glass. D. Silvered with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and up-and-down scale. Blued steel "pear" bands. M. Brass full plate, relieved for the barrel, with cylindrical pillars, fusee with chais and maintaining power, Earnshaw type spring detent escapement, later two-arm bimetallic compensation balance, diamond end-store, free sprung blued steel helical balance spring with terminal curves. Signed on the dial. In very good condition. Dial diam. 88 mm. Dim. 15 x 14 x 14 cm.
