Very fine silver pocket chronometer. C. Three body, massive, "bassine et filets", polished, marked "A.T." (Alford Thickbroom), polished, marked "A.T." (Alford Thickbroom), numerals and subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "pear" bands. M. Hinged frosted and gilt full plate with turned pillars, fusee with chair and maintaining power, Earnshaw type spring detent escapement, cut bimetallic balance, free sprung blued steel helical spring with terminal curved, diamond endstone. Signed on the dial and back plate. In excellent condition. Diam. 58 mm.
