C. Three body, "consular", polished with fixed cuvette, marked "W.R." (William Rowlands). D. White enamel with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "pear" hands. M. Hinged gilt brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee with chain and maintaining power, Earnshaw spring detent escapement, two-arm compensation balance with cylindrical poising weights and timing screws, blued steel helical spring with terminal curves, gilt brass balance cock engraved with scrolled foliage, diamond endstone. Signed on the dial and back plate. In very good condition. Diam. 56 mm.
