C. Three body massive, "consular", engine-turned, with French hallmarks for 1819-1838. D. White enamel with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds. Gold "spade" bands. M. Hinged gilt brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, Liverpool jewelling, fusee with chais and maintaining power, rack-lever escapement, plain steel three-arm balance, flat balance spring with regulator, gilt brass balance cock intricately engraved with decoration and " Patent" , diamond endstone. Gilt brass dust-cap. Signed on the back plate. In very good condition. Diam. 53 mm.
