?The Lighthouse? GLT (Guilmet), Paris, circa 1910. Fine and very rare steel and brass, eight day going, hour and half-hour striking automaton clock in the shape of a lighthouse
C. Circular with upper glazed section revealing the revolving ?lamp?, with three colored faceted crystals over gallery above ?stone? work tower on slate base. D. Silver with radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions. Blued steel ?Poker? hands. M. Circular, brass, large going barrel, anchor escapement, spring suspension with Y-shaped arrangement connecting to the pendulum which animates the ?lamp?, micrometric regulator. Striking on a bell. Movement punched with maker?s mark. Dim. Height 60 cm base diameter 22 cm.
