C. Three body, massive, "bassine et filets", polished, the back engraved with the monogram "E. H.E.". Hinged gold cuvette with subsidiary inscription: "Médaille aux expositions depuis 1806" . D. White enamel with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute and centre seconds ring. Gold " spade" hands. M. 19"', nickel plated double train with differential winding, "fausses côtes" decoration, 45 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band, dead centre independent seconds with a flirt on the escape pinion and push piece in the band. Signed on the cuvette. In very good condition. Diam. 51 mm.
