Engine turned gold case with ruby-set band and winding crown, rose-cut dia mond-set bezels and loose-ring pendant, the back with white champlevé enamelled border, centered with a small diamond framed ruby, the silver engine-turned dial with "Breguet" numerals and blued steel "Breguet" hands. Frosted and gilt 10"' movement, 18 jewels,straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, blued steel flat balance spring. Measuring approx. 30 mm. in diam. Cartier Certificate of Authenticity N° 2039.
