Of rectangular shape with the lid and bottons of agate bordered with stripes of blue and ivory colored enamel with a centrally applied Oriental style square frame containing various vessels in rose-cut diamonds and polychrome enamel on a jade base, the sides of the case decorated in an ivory colored enamel foliate motif with a carved sapphire push piece; the interior has a fitted mirror, lipstick holder and powder compartment, in 18K yellow gold. Centre panel modified at a la ter date. Measuring approx. 80.5 x 55 mm. Cartier Certificate of Authenticity N° 2397.
