Knife edge case with white champlevé enamel weaved fine on the bezel and border of the opalescent translucent enamel guilloché back centered with a green rosette and diamond accents, gold engine-turned dial with Arabic numerals and blued steel "Breguet" hands. Frosted and gilt 10"' movement, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, blued steel flat balance spring. Measuring approx. 45 mm. in diam. Cartier Certificate of Authenticity N° 2038.
