Square shaped case framed with round diamonds, each end bridged by a pair of bullet-shaped onyx inserts to a hinged, triangular design framed in round diamonds and inset with an inverted square onyx, mounted in platinum, having an 18K pink gold deployant clasp topped with a rectangular onyx plaque bordered with round diamonds set in platinum. Matt silver dial with painted radial Roman numerals. "Breguet" blued steel hands. Rhodium plated, 6 3/4"' movement, signed Cartier, Paris, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, 8 adjustments, flat balance-spring. Measuring approx. 18 x 42 mm. Cartier Certificate of Authenticity N° 2376.
