Designed as a seal, the horizontal drum shaped gold case with a wavy white and black champlevé enamel band and platinum diamond-set crown, topped with coral and linked by an onyx and rosecut diamond-set bail to an onyx ring which is joined by diamond-set double rings and plaque design to an open, stylised octagonal onyx frame with diamond-set accents; the bezel with Roman numerals on a black ground, the silver matted dial with Roman numerals and blued steel "Breguet" hands. Rhodium plated 9"' European Watch and Clock Co. movement, "fausses côtes" decoration, 16 jewels, straight fine lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 3 positions, Breguet balance spring. Measuring approx. 24 mm. in diane, Cartier Certificate of Authenticity N° 2158.
