C. Double body outer, the bezel pierced and engraved with foliage, the back repousse with a figure of Venus with Cupid and further floral and rocaille decoration. Inner double body bassine, the back centre with a small rosette, the band pierced and engraved with a mask and foliage. D. Later custom made white enamel with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring. Gilt brass Louis XV hands. M. Hinged gilt brass full plate with square baluster pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain steel three arm balance, flat balance spring, gilt brass English style cock. Repeating on a bell by depressing the pendant. Signed on the back plate. In good condition. Diam. 53 mm.
