C. Outer double body, chased with ruby and rose-cut set motives in the Islamic pattern over a matted ground, the border with rocaille decoration. Inner bassine, polished. D. White enamel with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring. Diamond-set, Louis XV hands. M. Hinged gilt brass full plate with square baluster pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass three-arm balance flat balance spring, English style gilt brass cock pierced and engraved with foliage. Signed on the back plate. Diam. 46 mm.
