C. Three body, massive, "Empire", polished, the back with the blue champleve enamel initials "H.M.S." within a white enamelled circular line.Hinged gold cuvette. D. Gold engine turned with Breguet numerals on a matt chapter ring, subsidiary dials for subsidiary seconds and minute register. Blued steel Breguet hands. M.18 "' , gilt brass with punch-mark in form of a viper's head set by the Observatory of Besancon, 23 jewels, straight line lever escapement, brass-invar Guillaume balance, blued steel balance spring with terminal curve adjusted by Grogg. Chronograph with visible work, the button on the winding crown. Signed on the dial, cuvette and movement. Accompanied by copies of the timing certificates. Diam. 50 mm.
