Swiss, probably Geneva. Made circa 1830. Small, thin, 18K gold and painted on enamel lady?s pendant watch with off-center dial.
C. Four-body, the bezel, pendant and bow decorated with black, white and blue enamel and gold leaves, the back cover enamelled with a painted on enamel double coat of arms flanked by two lions rampant and surmounted by a crown. Hinged gold cuvette. D. Silver, eccentric, engine-turned, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 26 mm. (11 1/2???), frosted gilt, Lépine calibre, cylinder escapement, three-arm flatrim brass balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Diam. 31 mm.
