LONGINES CONQUEST 1972 MUNICH OLYMPICS STEEL Longines, "Conquest", Ref. 8615-1. Made in 1972 for the XXth Olympic Games in Munich. Fine, water-resistant, tonneau-shaped, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with single button chronograph, register and tachometer with date and a stainless steel Longines buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box.

Two-body, polished and brushed, dedicated screwed-down case back, hooded lugs. Satiné silver and blue with tritium-coated indexes, auxiliary 30 minutes register dial, outer tachometer graduation, concentric, blue ring with the 1/5th second scale, aperture for the date. "Bâton" blue and white hands, orange for the chronograph. Cal. 234, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance- spring.
