LECOULTRE OBELISK LeCoultre, Obelisk, Ref. 462. Made circa 1970. An unusual brass eight-day going desk clock.

C. Brass and plastic base set with ancient Egyptian motifs on the sides, plastic pillar forming the top of the obelisk. D. Square silvered with four Egyptian-style birds on each corner. Applied gold Arabic and baton numerals. Dart hands. M. 18???, nickel-plated, 13 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, fl at balance spring. Dial and case signed. Height 24 cm.
