C. Four-body, ?bassine et filets?, entirely engraved with leaves and scrolls. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with technical details and foliage. Glazed gold-rimmed cover to view the movement. D. Small off-white enamel, gold paillon "shadowed" Arabic numerals, outer gold paillon minute divisions, subsidiary seconds, central paillon rosette, flanked by polychrome painted on enamel Chronos and cherubs repeating hours, quarters, and minutes on bells, the whole on a polished steel plate. Black ?spade? hands. M. 44 mm (20???), rhodium-plated, 31 jewels, wolf's tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance with blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. Signed LeCoultre under one hammer, movement signed H. Barbezat Bole, cuvette signed by the retailer. Diam. 55 mm.
