HEUER - STEEL - AUTAVIA - AUTOMATIC - CHRONOGRAPH Heuer, ?Autavia, Automatic, Chronograph.? Made circa 1970. Fine, tonneau-shaped, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch with date, round button chronograph, registers, tachometer and a stainless steel Heuer buckle.

C. Three-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back, winding-crown at 9, bidirectional black bezel with tachometer graduated to 400UPH. D. Bicolor black and silver with applied steel baton indexes and luminous dots, outer 1/5th seconds track, subsidiary dials for the 30-minute and 12-hour registers, aperture for the date at 6. Luminous steel and red baton hands. M. Cal. 12, frosted gilt, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, selfcompensating fl at balance spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 42 x 47 mm. Thickness 15 mm.
