DRIVA QUARTER-REPEATING WRISTWATCH STEEL Driva Watch Co., "Quarter Repeater". Made in the 1930s. Fine and unusual, large rectangular curved, quarter-repeating, stainless steel "Staybrite" wristwatch.
Two-body, polished and brushed, lapidated lugs and sides. Silver with applied steel breguet numerals, outer minute track. Polished steel hands. Cal. 8''', nickel, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel fl at balance- spring, index regulator, repeating on a gong activated by a slide on the band.
