Rectangular with two panels that flip open by pressing the spring-loaded sides of the case to display the movement and the dial, which can be tilted and held by the panels, making it a desk clock, decorated with ?clous de Paris? engine-turning and reeded sides. D. Matte silver with applied silver dart and dot indexes, Arabic numerals at 12 and 6, outer minute track. Silver feuille hands. M. 8???, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial and case signed Cyma, movement signed Tavannes. DIM. 48 x 34 mm.
