18-carat gold coin watch set in a gold $10.- coin dated 1900. The coins opens by means of a sapphire set push piece on the reeded band, reveling the mat silver dial with black indexes. 'Baton' hands. Gilt brass 8.5"' keyless movement, 'fausses cotes' decoration, 17 jewels, straight line leaver escapement, monometallic balance with self compensated balance spring. In very good condition. Diam. 30 mm.
