?Retrograde? Chopard Genève, Automatic, "Calendrier Perpétuel Rétrograde Luna d'Oro", Ref. 1165. Made in the 1990s. Very fine, astronomic, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with retrograde perpetual calendar and moon phases and an 18K yellow gold Chopard buckle.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, case back with concave edge and screws, stepped bezel, concave lugs. D. White with applied yellow gold square indexes, auxiliary dials for the days of the week, the 24 hours, the months and the leap year, on the 12, retrograde graduation for the days of the month, aperture for the moon phases. Tritium coated gold ?baton? hands. M. Cal. 888, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 36 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring.
