Very fine, horizontal rectangular, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Cartier deployant clasp. Accompanied by the original fitted box, certificate and instruction booklet.

Two body, solid, polished and brushed, case back secured with 8 screws, recessed sapphire-set winding- crown, sapphire crystal. Matte silvered with painted radial Roman numerals, concentric minute track, secret Cartier signature on the VII. Blued steel epée hands. Cal. 430 MC, signed Cartier, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed.
