Two-body, polished and brushed, octagonal cabochon sapphire- set winding crown, back secured with 4 screws, sapphire crystal. Matte silver with painted black radial Roman numerals, outer 1/5th seconds track, subsidiary dials for the 30-minute and 12- hour registers, aperture for the date at 12, secret Cartier signature on the X. Blued steel epée hands. Chrono Reflex movement, Cal. 222, 25 jewels, with quartz standardization.
