Cartier, Paris, "Pendule de bureau " , made in the 1970's. Fine agate, 18K gold and silver, sapphire set eight day going desk clock.

C. Agate rectangular, designed as a desk-clock with pen-rest, the face applied with a square plaque of gold, engine-turned in a sunburst pattern and set with four sapphire cabochons. D. Silver engine-turned with Roman numerals. Gold hands with sapphire set pivot. M. Nickel plated, cal. 55, 13 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance with screws, self compensating balance spring. Signed on the dial, case and movement. Dim. 11 x 7,5 cm.
