C. massive, polished, satined, sapphireset windingcrown. D. white with painted radial Roman numerals. "Baton" blued steel hands. M. 8'" signed Cartier, rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 3 positions, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial and movement signed, numbered on the case. Dim. 20 x 36 mm.
