Very fine, tonneau-shaped, water resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with single button chronograph, register and an 18K yellow gold Cartier deployant clasp. Accompanied by the original Cartier fitted box, certificate and booklet.

Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Cal. 045 MC, with Cartier decoration, rhodium-plated, 22 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating fl at balance spring.
