CARTIER ROCK CRYSTAL & DIAMOND POCKET WATCH Cartier, Paris, European Watch and Clock Co. Made circa 1930. Very fine, rare and elegant 18K gold, enamel, platinum and diamond set rock-crystal dress pocket watch. Accompanied by a red leather Cartier box.

C. Rock crystal with diamond-set platinum band and platinum bow, yellow gold and white enamel bezel featuring alternate Roman numerals and fl oral design. D. Silvered, engine-turned with outer minute track and inner fi ve-minute Arabic numerals on chapter ring. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Cal. 15 ½ ?? European Watch and Clock Co., rhodium-plated with fausses cotes decoration, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance with eight adjustments, blued steel overcoil hairspring. Dial signed Cartier, movement signed European Watch & Clock Co. Diam. 49 mm. Thickness 6.5 mm.
