C. two-body, knife-edge, both covers with elaborate engine-turning, aperture in the lover part for the "mystery hands", front edge engraved with chapter ring, swivel pendant. D. glass, no markings, hands mounted in the center with no apparent connection to any other part of the watch. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. M. square with canted corners, 32.7 mm (14 1/2'''), rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, blued steel flat balancespring.Case and movement signed.Diam. 50 mm.

Built on the principle invented by Robert-Houdin for clocks, this watch appears to work without any mechanical movement. In fact, driven by a movement concealed on the border, the hands revolve along with the glass plate set beneath the dial. This watch is the reedition of a small series of 7 mystery pocket watches made from 1931 to 1937.
