Fine tonneau shaped, curved 18-carat gold gentleman's wristwatch. C. massive, polished, satined, sapphire-set winding-crown. D. 'Guilloché' silver with Roman numerals. 'Bât blued steel hands. M. 7 1/2 signed Cartier, rhodiumed, 'faussescotes' decoration, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, antishock system, self-compensating flat balance-spring case and movement signed. In very good condition. 26 x 39 mm.
