M. 7 112''', signed Cartier, rhodiumed, 'fausses-cotes' decoration, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, antishock system, selfcompensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition, 26 x 39 mm.
