C. massive, polished, "Bombe" crystal. D. mat silver, with applied gold indexes, "Baton" gold hands. M. 9-, signed Cartier Inc., rhodiumed, "fausses-cotes" decoration, 19 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 2 positions, flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 22x45 mm.
