Very fine, tonneau-shaped, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar and an 18K white gold Cartier deployant clasp.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, transparent case back with 8 screws, octagonal sapphire-set winding-crown, correctors on the band, and sapphire crystals. D. ?Guilloché? silver with painted radial Roman numerals, secret Cartier signature, subsidiary dials for the day, date, month and aperture for the leap year. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. M. Cal. 9100 MC, rhodium-plated, engraved with special Cartier and "oeil-de-perdrix" decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, 18K gold rotor with Cartier signature. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 34 x 43 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
