C. massive, polished. top cover decorated with a blued enamel filet, ogival lugs. bottom winder. D. mat silver, with painted roman numerals. "Breguet" blued steel hands. M. 9", signed Cartier Inc., rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" deco-ration, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 2 positions, flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 24x27 mm.
