Fine and unusual, rectangular, 18K yellow gold and diamond gentleman's wristwatch with "cabriolet" system and an 18K yellow gold Cartier buckle.

Four-body, polished and brushed, bezel with a cabochon sapphire at 6, rounded lugs, embossed Cartier logos on the back, pavé diamond sides, outer band with 4 screws to hold the back, sapphire crystal. D. Off-white with guilloche center and painted radial Roman numerals, secret Cartier signature at seven o`clock, inner minute track. Blued steel ?épée? hands. M. Mechanical with manual winding.
