"Cartier Triple Date Moon Phase" Cartier, Paris, No. 630044, case No. 413313. Made circa 1955. Very fine and very rare, astronomic, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with triple date and moon phases.

Brushed silver with sunken gold dot indexes and applied gold Arabic quarter-hour numerals, subsidiary seconds dial, outer graduation for the date, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the moon phase. Gold "dauphine" hands. M. 11 3/4???, signed European Watch & Clock Co., rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Dial signed Cartier, case and movement signed European Watch & Clock Co., Inc. Diam. 33 mm. Thickness 11 mm.
