C. reversible, massive, polished, sapphireset windingcrown. D. white with painted Roman numerals. "Bâton" blued steel hands. M. 8 1/2"' signed Cartier, rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, antishock system, selfcompensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 22 x 32 mm.
