A la Sté. Anonyme des Etablissements Louis Breguet Watch No. 3796, completed on 24 October 1881, sold on 23 December 1925. Pink gold keyless watch with split centreseconds chronograph without fly-back. Original fitted tooled leather case.

Case: 18 ct., four body polished, bassine et filets form, the back engraved: Les Compagnies de Navigation Aérienne d Monsieur A.Renvoisé - 1925. Gold cuvette signed: "Breguet, No. 3796".
Dial: White enamel signed: "Breguet,No.3796", with Roman hour and'Arabic minute numerals and seconds. Gold poires hands.
Movement: Gilt brass, 19"', ébauche by Audemars, 22 jewels, counterpoised adjustable straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance. Bluedsteel Breguet balance spring. Push-piece for the chronograph and split hand on the winding crown.
In perfect condition. Diam. 51 mm.

Note: This type of chronograph watch was especially made for aerial navigation, which required a split seconds feature but as a matter of course did not need to be zeroed.The single pushpiece operates the chronograph in tie following manner:Start/Stop split hand/Stop chronograph hand/Re-start both witH instantaneous re-unite.
