C. Two-body, solid, polished, case back with concentric guilloché engraving, reeded band, straight lugs, gold screwed bars, rounded bezel, sapphire crystal. D. Guilloché, silvered 18K gold with painted radial Roman numerals on an outer plain reserve, secret "Breguet" signature. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. M. Cal. 818/8, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 21 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, micrometer regulator.
