Very fine and extremely rare, small, "répétition médaillon", 18K gold, jump hour, quarterrepeating pocket watch with ruby cylinder escapement, short gold Breguet chain and ratchet key. Accompanied by an original fitted box.

Matte silver, engine-turned, brushed chapter ring with radial Roman numerals, outer minute chapter with dot indexes. Gold "Breguet" hands. M. 32 mm., 15''', frosted gilt, jeweled train, standing barrel, overhanging ruby cylinder escapement, plain three-arm gold balance with parachute on the top pivot, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator, all-or-nothing repeating with a single hammer on one gong activated by a pull-and-twist piston in the pendant. Dial and cuvette signed. Diam. 37 m.
