BAUME & MERCIER ART DECO DRESS-WATCH WITH MULTIPLE ENAMELLING TECHNIQUES; 18K YELLOW GOLD AND ENAMEL
18K yellow gold, enamel, open-face, keyless-winding, round-shaped, Art Deco dress-watch. Black champlevé enamel case-back, with a decor of arabesques in ramolayé-technique (pounced ornament), and a decor of flowers in polychrome champlevé enamel imitating the cloisonné-work, and green flinqué enamel (translucent enamel over guilloché engineturning), all recovered under fondant (flux), probably by L. Mayland, Geneva.
