"Cathédrale" hand. M. Cal. 2865, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 34 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, repeater on gongs by means of a slide on the band.Dial, case and movement signed.Dim. 31 x 29 mm.

A similar watch is published in Audemars Piguet, by Gisbert L. Brunner, Christian Pfeiffer-Belli, p. 277.For this model, Audemars Piguet was inspired by the first rectangular jumping hour digital watches from the 1920's. The company was among the first to produce them. In 1992, they began making the model again, adding the complication of minute-repeating. This is the only model known to exist today combining both jumping hours and minute repeating.
