Notes

In 1924, Audemars Piguet's wristwatch manufacturing represented only 30% of their entire production. Thanks to their advanced ideas and technology, the firm produced new models, rectangular with calendar, moon phases or digital device with jump-hours from 1929 onwards, and the proportion of wristwatches surpassed the quantity of pocket watches produced.A similar watch is published in "Audemars Piguet", by Gisbert L. Brunner, Christian Pfeiffer-Belli and Martin K. Wehrli, pp. 71, 231, 232.
