Very fine and rare, large, octagonal, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, tachometer, date and an 18K white gold Audemars Piguet deployant clasp. C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, case back and bezel secured with 8 hexagonal screws, screwed-down hexagonal winding crown and push-buttons, sapphire crystal. D. Silver with checkerboard pattern decoration and luminous square white gold markers, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers, aperture for the date between 4 & 5. Luminous white gold baton hands. M. Cal. 2385, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 37 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, 18K gold rotor segment. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 42 mm. Thickness: 11 mm.
